Mr Rob Parsons, a firefighter, 🧑‍🚒  thought he had it all: a charming home, a beautiful new wife, and a daughter they both adored.

How things occurred yet his reality came crashing down one day when he was working and signed on to their 🐶  cam to check how things at home are, just to track down his better half Facetiming another man and getting their child to call him 'Daddy'.

Mr. Parsons, 34, and his police sergeant spouse (name withheld) delighted in had a hurricane sentiment in the wake of meeting not long before lockdown.

They both got engaged on Christmas 2021, expecting their blessings the next year.

However Mr. Parsons claims his partner, (name withheld), had been in a mysterious illicit relationship with another partner for a long time (3 years) and, while she signed  the firefighter 🧑‍🚒  as father of her little girl on the birth declaration, she knew all along that the child wasn't his.

A DNA test later affirmed Mr. Parsons was as a matter of fact, not the dad and he has since been cut off from the young lady he went through months raising and cherishing, ignorant that she wasn't his little girl.

The misfortune

Uncovering his own misfortune, Mr. Parsons, said he had been working right then on that fateful day i.e. June 2023, when the child was about eight months old and needed to check in with his partner who had been at a checkup with their doctor.

Hours had passed and he heard nothing from his wife, which was strange, so chose to check the camera he used to monitor their two dogs Holly and Hector. 🐩🐕 

Mr. Parsons said: ' When I turned on the camera, I saw my wife sitting on the floor with our girl on her lap while on Facetime.

She was making her (the child) say "thank you to Daddy for getting you the presents yesterday" and was saying "are you showing Daddy your present".

'I had to re-watched that video most likely multiple times while I was at work, just to be sure I heard clearly what she said.

Immediately she hung up, she messaged me saying "all good, the was baby’s just being a pain’.’

Without giving it much thought Mr. Parsons, answered her quickly,  letting his wife know what he had just seen : and saying ' it must be hard for the child, with you calling me daddy when I'm home - then when I'm working you are meeting with her genuine father'.

Meanwhile , Mr. Parsons wife categorically denied that their child was born to another father. In her statement, she states ‘the baby calls everyone Daddy’ before explaining that she had been struggling as a new mother, and her colleague had suggested they play ‘happy families’ while Rob was at work to ease the burden.
