– If you are posting content you do not own / create yourself or do not own the right to. Therefore, you must agree that you are responsible for such you post and that you will only submit content you have right to post.

-Members (Outalkers) registration information must be correct

-You should keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your password and account.

– Never publish the same article/post twice

Content (sponsored post) under these are carefully reviewed by outalks team to ensure, it aligns with our terms and policy.

Advertising disclosure

Outalks accepts advertising, but also maintain a strict rule on them.

§  All advertisements or sponsored contents on outalks are clearly labeled as “ad” or “sponsored” to distinguish them from contents.

§  In some cases, contents may include links which we identifies as “affiliate links” for commissions, therefore outalks has the right to modify, change or remove them at any given time in order to provide the best experience to users.

§  Affiliate links are only permitted For Premium members. Hence, premium members should never circumvent the “TOU” by posting about affiliate programs and requesting users/readers/visitors to contact for additional information.
Such conduct is an affiliate link spam.  Outalks reserves the right to remove such affiliate links and issue any penalty upon this section violation.
