How do i register for 2022 PEP Exam ?

STEP BY STEP registration Process For PEP Exam 2022.

Visit the PEP home page at www.pcnmcpd.com/pep/. It will display if the portal is open for registration or not. The month of the examination will be displayed when registration has begun. then Click on register.

STEP 1 : Payment

This will take you to a remita page which gives two options to start a new registration or continue with an existing one.
For new registration :- input your name, email address and your phone number on the first column, then click on make payment. (see. image)
If not, input the RRR number & your phone number in the second column. Then click on continue.
note- second column is for those who have passed the first stage of generating RRR before now.

Ok now you can select the method of payment you prefer.
pls note: Remitta is the only payment method or payment gateway for the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN). After clicking on the button, it takes you to a new page, which you can choose between
- a bank teller (it will generate RRR number)
- a Credit / debit card
- e-invoice or online if you prefer.
then Click submit.


For e-invoice, the link will lead to a page for your card details. Enter the your card number, pin and CCV number. A one time password (OTP) will be sent automatically to the registered phone number. This OTP number must be entered within 8 mins from the time it was generated. Enter and proceed.


For individual who choose bank teller, you will be required to input you details in the second column of the first page after making a payment at the bank. If payment at the bank was successful, the link will open to the next step.

STEP 2 : Registration

After a successful completed payment, you are to fill in the following:

  • Full names ( this name should be same as that in PCN register)
  • Address
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Choice of Center (state / center you wish to write examination)
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Provisional License registration number (given after graduation)
  • Certificate of experience number (given after internship)
  • Institution attended (school you graduated from)
  • For foreign trained pharmacist graduates (you are to type the name of the school in the next field.)
    However, since the space cannot be left blank, for those who schooled in Nigeria, Just add NIL to it.
  • Year of graduation
  • Internship training center (ITC) number (it's not compulsory)
  • Internship training center name
  • Areas covered from community pharmacy, hospital, industry, etc.
  • Internship period ( month and year started)
  • The Preceptor name
  • Preceptor designation
  • The Preceptors' license number and registration number
  • Preceptor year of qualification
  • Email and phone number of preceptor

 

STEP 3 : Passport Upload

Upload passport size photograph of yourself. This is an easy process and can be done with either an Android device or an iPhone.
The require passport size that is 300×300 or 250×250.

It must not be greater than 100kb. After uploading, the page displays size of the passport and allows you to crop the image without losing its quality. While cropping it shows the new dimensions & data size.
Click on check. If image is ok, a page will load displaying all your demographic data entered so far. You can go back for corrections at this level.
if not, Click on submit.

Finally, Congratulations as you have finished the registration process, next is your preparations. The PEP examination has a total of 200 Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) to be answered in 2 hours.
