Carlo Ancelotti praised Arda Guler after the youngster scored his first goal for Real Madrid in a comfortable 4-0 win over Celta Vigo.
Vinicius Junior led the home team to victory from the start, but it was not until the 79th minute that they secured the result thanks to own goals from Vicente Guaita and then Carlos Dominguez.
Guler, 19, then completed the shot by beating the goalkeeper before putting the ball into the net.
And although he no longer has playing time, Ancelotti is confident that the Turkish international will become an important figure at the Bernabeu in the coming years.
He said: "Arda Guler has a future at Real Madrid.
"He played very little, but he believed he could do something.
" He made a very skillful move.
He is a great talent, he has improved a lot and now plays with more intensity.
"He has a future here, no doubt about it.
" Los Blancos are comfortably at the top of La Liga, seven points ahead of second-placed Girona and with a goal difference of +42.
However, Ancelotti has urged his side to remain humble ahead of the final stretch of the season and is particularly pleased to see the return of key injured players.
The Italian added: "We are approaching [home] with maximum enthusiasm.
We still have a very complicated game before the [international] break against a very strong opponent.
"We are also very excited because [Eder] Militao and [Thibaut] Courtois will be back soon and we will have a more complete squad.
"
